Space Mission: Survival

Space Mission: Survival is a retro arcade space shooter. 

The premise is the same: keep yourself and your astronauts alive.  Wave after wave of aliens will attack you with bullets and space mines. Pick up floating astronauts and return them to asteroids before you are destroyed, or they float off into deep space.  You have limited fuel in each level to destroy the aliens and keep your astronauts alive.

What makes this game unique is that you will play using the graphics, sounds, and gameplay available in the decade you choose:

• 50s Flipbook. Before computers, people played on paper!  This mode tries to emulate that... play as little Johnny and try to save the astronauts!
• 70s Arcade.  This has a vector graphics look and feel, complete with the phosphor glow of the vectors.
• 80s Computer.  Are you old enough to remember playing games on an Atari or Commodore computer?  This mode duplicates that with pixelated graphics and primitive bleeps/bloops.

Some of the decades will be drastically different.  Please consider donating to help continue development.

• 60 Mainframe Mode
• 40s Mode... wait, what?  Computers in the 1940s?  Maybe it's something else?
• Adjust the increasing difficulty.
• Extra ship feature?
• Perhaps adding additional players?
• Achievements and Leaderboards
• Multi-language support
